Enrollment & Support
You can begin by calling us or filling out a short form online. A licensed advisor will guide you through plan options and help you enroll.
For ACA plans, coverage typically starts the first of the next month. For Medicare, it depends on your enrollment period. We’ll explain your exact timeline.
No. Our help is 100% free. We’re paid by the carriers, so you get expert support at no cost—and with no sales pressure.
We provide ongoing support—help with renewals, plan changes, and questions about coverage, billing, or claims.
Yes, but you’ll need to wait for the next open enrollment or qualify for a special enrollment period. We’ll let you know your options.
Absolutely. We use encrypted systems and never sell or share your personal data. Your privacy is a top priority.
Medicare Plans
The most common options are Original Medicare (Parts A & B), Medicare Advantage (Part C), Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Prescription Drug Plans (Part D).
Advantage plans bundle coverage into one plan and often include extras. Medigap helps pay for out-of-pocket costs in Original Medicare but doesn’t include drug coverage.
You can enroll during your Initial Enrollment Period (around your 65th birthday), or during the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15–Dec 7).
It depends on the plan. Medigap lets you see any provider that accepts Medicare. Medicare Advantage plans may have networks, so we help check provider availability.
Original Medicare does not. Some Advantage plans include these extras, or you can add separate dental and vision plans.
You may face penalties or delays in coverage. However, special enrollment periods may be available. We’ll help you understand your options.
ACA Health Plans
These are comprehensive health insurance plans available through the federal or state marketplace, covering essential benefits like doctor visits, prescriptions, and hospital care.
Anyone under age 65 can apply. Your income, family size, and location determine your plan options and subsidy eligibility.

Yes. Most people qualify for subsidies (premium tax credits) that lower their monthly premiums—and sometimes even reduce out-of-pocket costs.
These “metal tiers” reflect how costs are shared. Bronze plans have lower premiums but higher out-of-pocket costs, while Platinum offers the most coverage with higher premiums.
Only if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period—like losing other coverage, getting married, or moving. We can help determine if you're eligible.
Billing & Payments
Most insurance carriers offer multiple payment options—online portal, auto-pay, phone, or by mail. Once you enroll, we’ll walk you through your payment setup.
Your first premium is typically due before your plan becomes active. Some plans require payment immediately upon enrollment to avoid delays in coverage.
Yes! Most insurers allow you to enroll in auto-pay through your online member account. This helps avoid missed payments or policy cancellations.
Most plans offer a short grace period. However, missing a payment can lead to coverage cancellation. Contact your insurance provider or our team right away if you’re behind.
That depends on the carrier. Some mail paper bills, while others only send digital statements. You can choose your preferred billing method during enrollment or in your member portal.
You can contact your insurance company’s billing department directly. If you're not sure who to call, reach out to us—we’re happy to connect you to the right place.
